WordCamp 2007 is this weekend!

WHAT IS IT?: WordCamp 2007 - the 2nd annual global WordPress convention right here in San Francisco.

PRO: Good people. Knowledge sharing. Only $25 for what others would charge hundreds.

CON: None.

THE BOTTOM LINE (Taken from their site): “To get WordPress users together, learn from each other, figure out the future of publishing on the web, and have a good time.”

I’ve attended many conferences this year, and I personally have really enjoyed the smaller, more casual settings over the mega-conferences. This combined with the fact that I’m a big WordPress fan makes for a great weekend to come. Kudos to Matt for keeping true to WordPress DNA by keeping it casual, affordable, fun, and something that should be tremendously valuable to the blogging community.
