Simple measurement for online success - phone calls
- 0 Comments... What do you have to say?
Just something that popped in my mind that John Furrier mentioned in his recent talk at Third Thursdays that surfaced and I think is important to remember.
A way to measure online success is how much buzz there is offline. As an example, when you get phone calls about what you wrote online, then you’ve succeeded in your message.
Clearly not ground breaking realization, but I love simple measurements. The other thing that was interesting about John’s comments was the irony that the measurement was offline rather online.
